Robin Schwedhelm has been a licensed commercial real estate appraiser in the State of California for over 20 years.  Her career has focused in the Northern California counties of Alameda, Contra Costa and Solano resulting in a very strong and specific knowledge of Bay Area markets and trends.  Robin has experience appraising a wide variety of property types including industrial, office, retail and land, with a specialization in industrial.

Robin graduated magna cum laude from the University of Arizona in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. She developed her career with Smith & Associates, one of the largest commercial real estate firms in northern California, where she quickly advanced to a senior appraiser and manager.

Robin earned the MAI designation with the Appraisal Institute and is qualified as an expert witness in Alameda County. She is active in the Northern California Chapter of the Appraisal Institute.
